At the starting I would like to inform you all that some Publix employees are not eligible to use Text Message or voice call for 2-step verification. So, if the phone option does not display in step 4, please skip this method and go with the Microsoft Authentication App instructions.
- Use the Publix device and go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info/?tenantId=publix.com (The PASSport login page).
- Sign in using your Publix account credentials.
- Now, the ” More information required” page will display. Click on Next.
- Now you are at the “Microsoft Authenticator page”, select “I want to set up a different method” and then “Phone” from the dropdown list.
- If the Phone option will not be displayed for you, go with the Microsoft Authenticator App instructions.
- Select your Country code, phone number, and then choose from text message or voice call to receive the verification code.
- Enter the received code and click on the Next button.
- Within a few seconds, your code will be verified.

What is Publix Pro?
The Publix Pro mobile App has been launched for the Publix store associates. They can use it to manage the store’s products. Microsoft Authenticator is required to download and use the app.
